How does delivery work?
Delivery is digital. Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an email containing Google Sheets links for what you purchased. Open a link, then make your own private copy so the system lives in your own Google Drive.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes — a free Google account is required. The systems are built in Google Sheets, so you need an account to open the links and save your own copy. There is nothing else to install.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment with lifetime use. There are no recurring charges, no monthly or annual fees, and nothing to cancel.
What is the refund policy?
These are digital goods delivered instantly, so refunds are limited. If something is genuinely wrong — a broken link or a file you cannot access — email us and we will make it right. For the full details, see our Refund Policy.
How do I make my own copy?
Open the Google Sheets link from your delivery email, then choose File → Make a copy. That saves an editable version to your own Google Drive. Work in your copy — your changes stay private to you and never affect the original.
What currency is used, and which countries do you serve?
All prices are in USD. We serve customers in the United States, Canada, and Singapore. Because delivery is a Google Sheets link, you can use your systems from anywhere you can sign in to Google.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Once you have made your own copy, you can open and edit it in the free Google Sheets app on iOS or Android. A larger screen is more comfortable for setup, but your systems travel with you.
Do I get updates?
You keep the version you purchased, with lifetime use of it. We may improve the systems over time, but future updates are not guaranteed and are not part of what you buy today.
