Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital Google Sheets templates.

Digital products are generally final

Our products are digital, delivered instantly by email, and can be copied to your own Google Drive as soon as you receive them. Because you get immediate access to the full template, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind.

If something is wrong, we will fix it

We stand behind what we sell. If there is a real problem with your order, contact us and we will make it right — usually by fixing or replacing the item at no extra cost. Examples of problems we will help with include:

• A delivery link that is broken or does not open.
• Receiving the wrong item.
• A file you purchased that you genuinely cannot access or copy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you. If mandatory consumer protection law gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies.

Merchant of Record buyer protection

Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record for your order and is the seller of record. They may operate their own buyer-protection and dispute process, and may handle certain refund or chargeback requests directly under their policies. You can raise a payment dispute with them as well as with us.

• Your order or receipt number (from your Merchant of Record receipt).
• The name of the product or bundle you purchased.
• A short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
