License Terms

When you buy a LifeOS360 template, you receive a license to use it under the terms below. The templates and their design remain the property of Ho Kinh Doanh LifeOS360. These License Terms work together with our Terms of Sale.

What you may do

• Use the templates for your own personal projects.
• Use the templates to run your own business or organization.
• Make your own private copies of the templates for your own use (for example, one copy per project or team).
• Customize and adapt your copies to fit how you work.

What you may not do

• Resell the templates, or sell copies or adaptations of them.
• Redistribute or share the template files publicly, or with people outside your own business or organization.
• Sublicense, rent, or lend the templates to others.
• Claim authorship of the templates or present them as your own product.
• Post the templates on a public link, marketplace, or file-sharing site.

One purchaser per license

Each purchase grants a license to a single purchaser (a person, business, or organization). The license is for your own use and is not transferable or shareable with unrelated third parties. If your team or another organization needs the templates, they should buy their own license.

Provided as is

The templates are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing a template and deciding whether it suits your needs before relying on it.

What "lifetime use" means

"Lifetime use" means you may keep and use the version you purchased for as long as you like — there are no recurring charges and your license does not expire. It does not mean guaranteed lifetime updates. We may release improvements from time to time, but future updates are not promised as part of a one-time purchase.
