This Privacy Policy explains what personal data LifeOS360 (operated by Ho Kinh Doanh LifeOS360) handles when you buy or ask about our digital Google Sheets templates, and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What data we collect

When you make a purchase, we handle your email address and basic order details (such as the items purchased, order amount, and country). Most of this information is collected through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, during checkout. If you email us for support, we also handle the contents of your message and your email address so we can reply.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card and payment data are handled by the Merchant of Record and its payment processors, not by us.

How we use your data

We use your data to deliver your purchase (send the email with your template links), to provide support and answer your questions, to keep records of orders, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the business:

• Lemon Squeezy, LLC — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and handles order processing and receipts.
• Google LLC — hosts the Google Sheets templates you access and copy after purchase.
• An email delivery provider — sends your purchase delivery email and support replies on our behalf.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep order and support records only as long as we need them to provide support, keep accurate business records, and comply with legal and tax requirements. When we no longer need your data for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us at support@lifeos360.com. Because Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record for your order, some requests about payment data may need to be handled through them, and we will help point you in the right direction.

Cookies

Our website uses only minimal cookies needed for the site to work. Checkout and payment pages are served by our Merchant of Record and may use their own cookies as described in their policies.
