Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to your purchase of digital products from LifeOS360. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our License Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Who we are

LifeOS360 is a brand operated by Ho Kinh Doanh LifeOS360, a household business based in Vietnam. We design and publish ready-to-use business management systems built as Google Sheets templates.

Merchant of Record

Your order is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment, and issues your receipt. Their terms and policies also apply to your purchase in addition to these terms. If there is any conflict about payment or billing, the Merchant of Record's terms govern that part of the transaction.

What you are buying

You are buying a license to use one or more digital Google Sheets templates. You are not buying the underlying files, our intellectual property, or any physical goods. Your rights to use the templates are described in our License Terms.

Payment and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Each purchase is a single, one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no ongoing fees of any kind. Once you buy a template, you may use your purchased version for as long as you like.

Digital delivery

Delivery is digital. After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email containing links to the Google Sheets templates you purchased. To use a template, open its link and make your own private copy from the Google Sheets menu (File, then Make a copy). You will need a free Google account to open and copy the templates. If your delivery email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Acceptable use

You may use the templates for your own personal use and for your own business or organization, in line with the License Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or sublicense the template files, and you may not claim to be their author. Please do not use the templates for any unlawful purpose.

Provided as is

The templates are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing each template and deciding whether it fits your needs before you rely on it. The templates are tools to help you organize your work; they are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ho Kinh Doanh LifeOS360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the templates, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Updates to the templates

We may improve or update our templates over time. Updates are not guaranteed, and a one-time purchase does not include a promise of future updates. Your purchased version remains yours to use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
